Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No refunds or returns will be issued for new opened and used records.
Unopened new records can be returned at customer's expense and must be in Mint condition. Refunds will not be accepted for new opened records. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount for items returned.
